" This fantastic and deceptively spacious home has panoramic views across the City towards Plymouth Sound, Central Park and beyond to Cornwall. The property is situated close to supermarkets, private/state schooling, nurseries, parkland, tennis clubs, bus routes and the A38 dual carriageway. The property has gas central heating, uPVC double glazing and a re-covered roof.
