" 'Elim Court' is a fantastic development of retirement of apartments which is situated close to Thorn Park, Hyde Park shopping area, supermarkets and bus routes. On-site facilities include a residential communal sitting room, guest suite, various activities, hairdresser and laundry room. This ground floor apartment has the rare benefit of a private westerly facing patio which is ideal for a couple of chairs, plant pots, etc. In addition there is an entry phone system, double glazing, electric heating and 'Piper' alarm system. The spacious accommodation comprises a reception hall with storage cupboard, lounge/dining room with feature fireplace and French doors opening onto the private sun terrace, a kitchen with hob and window (many of the kitchens within the apartments in the building do not have a window), two bedrooms (both with fitted wardrobes/bedroom furniture) and a bathroom with hand basin, w.c. and bath with shower over.
