" THE PROPERTY A substantial and characterful Victorian mid terraced house which offers a wealth of period features, together with a range of modern conveniences. The property has focal feature working fireplaces in the lounge and dining room and the floorboards have been stripped back to their natural finish in the hall, lounge and dining room. The kitchen is 'L' shaped, light and airy with uPVC windows and a polycarbonate roof providing a conservatory like feel to it and this room overlooking the westerly facing rear courtyard garden. At first floor level with two generous size double bedrooms, a third single bedroom and a bathroom. Externally the property has in the past had the benefit of a renewed roof covering, replacement guttering and re-rendered elevations to the front and rear. At the front it is set back from the street by a low maintenance front garden covered with decorative slate chippings interspersed with a number of ornamental bushes and shrubs and a period tiled path leading up to the front door. To the rear an enclosed westerly facing walled rear courtyard garden with a number of shrubs and bushes along one side in a border, a decked seating terrace, pedestrian doorway to the rear service lane and a useful garden store with renewed roof covering.
