On the ground floor there is a spacious hall, office/study, WC, lounge, kitchen/dining room and bedroom five which is also ensuite plus utility room. The property is currently run as a successful bed and breakfast but would make an equally lovely main or second home. With modern decor throughout and a feature window on the half landing, the property benefits from good natural light throughout. Outside to the rear there is a garden laid to patio and lawn. To the front there is an easy maintenance lawned garden and a block paved driveway.

Situated in the popular Grenville Road, the property is one of just two detached houses built in 2002. Within 500 yards is Tesco supermarket and Padstow School.
