In need of a degree of updating and refurbishment, is this spacious two bedroom end of terrace house situated in an excellent position for Newquay, Padstow and Wadebridge. The accommodation comprises, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, front and rear gardens, outbuilding with allocated parking spaces for two cars. Viewing highly recommended. No ongoing chain.

Location    St Eval is a small hamlet consisting of former MOD properties, many of which were sold off to the private sector in the 1990's. St Eval benefits from a post office and convenience store and is set in a semi rural location between Wadebridge and Newquay. It is approximately three miles from the north Cornish coast. Newquay itself offers a range of shopping, schooling and banking facilities as well has having an array of fashionable bars and restaurants. There is a bus and railway service to outlying areas and Newquay airport is approximately five miles from the property. The property should be considered for its access to Wadebridge, Padstow and other outlying towns and villages, with easy access to the A30 and beyond.
