This is an attractive, modern and well presented two bedroom, semi detached bungalow situated within the popular residential development of Penwithick Park. The bungalow has been remodelled in recent years with the former lounge/diner being converted into a good sized lounge and the second bedroom currently used as a dining room. The hallway has been altered to provide a bigger inner hall and the door from the living room to the kitchen has been blocked up to provide a good sized separate kitchen.
