LOCATION    Trembear Road is a popular residential area on the western side of St Austell. St Austell town centre caters well for day to day needs. Amenities include retail outlets and of out of town superstores, three popular golf courses together with the mainline railway link from Penzance to London Paddington. The cathedral city of Truro is approximately fifteen miles distance which is the main centre in Cornwall for business and commerce.
