FAC are pleased to present this two bedroom detached bungalow in a quiet cul-de-sac in St Austell. Using the front entrance you come into a hallway area which leads into the open plan lounge/diner with an electric feature fireplace. Through the lounge/diner there is the useful sun lounge to the left and the modern kitchen to the right. The kitchen comes with an oven and hob. There are two double bedrooms and a functional white bathroom, with bath and shower, which completes the inside layout. This bungalow benefits from a lot of outside space with gardens to both the front and rear of the property. The rear garden being particularly impressive with it’s tiered layout and apple trees lining the exterior wall. There is also an attached garage with a long driveway easily big enough for two cars. This property has been newly re-decorated and comes with gas central heating. This bungalow is located close to all local amenities and transport links. A viewing is highly recommended.
