" An end of terrace, period house located in the centre of Polruan enjoying one of the best views of the estuary taking in the main Polruan pool, its harbour, across to Fowey as well as Bodinnick and Pont Pill. Entrance Hall
A short flight of steps rise to the ground floor and another descends to the lower ground floor. The stairs open out into:-

Sitting Room
A fantastic room with floor to ceiling uPVC glazed sliding doors set in a bay enjoying a magnificent view over the Fowey estuary. Beside the bay there is a further wooden window also enjoying these views. A wood burning stove is set in a recessed chimney with a slate hearth and a recessed log store beside it.
