    Main Description
    A fabulous three bedroomed terrace cottage located on the main street coming into Polruan. The cottage is full of period character and has wooden floor boards with a large open fireplace in the sitting room/dining room. It also has a well fitted kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. A particular feature of the property is the lovely original tiled floor in the hall. The stairs rise up to the first floor where there is an arched window looking onto the rear garden and there are three bedrooms. The house has original painted wooden sash windows and is centrally heated. The house has a lovely long rear garden which has some views out on to the estuary. At the end of the garden there is a large off road parking space for a number of cars. A huge benefit in this beautiful village.

    Polruan is a traditional waterside village situated on the east bank of the River Fowey. The Fowey estuary is well known for its safe anchorage and excellent sailing facilities. Fowey itself can be reached by car via the Ferry at nearby Bodinnick, or by regular passenger ferry running from the quay in Polruan. National Trust owned land surrounds the area and there are many scenic coastal walks to enjoy. Plymouth is approximately 40 miles away. There are main line railway stations at Par, Lostwithiel and Bodmin. Polruan has shops, inns, cafn++, many trading all year round catering for most every day requirements.
