LOCATION
Located between Plymouth and Exeter, Ivybridge sits on the fringes of Dartmoor. The town itself offers a range of shops, cafe`s and public houses, along with the newly developed Watermark Centre, which now offers cinematheatre space, library and conferencing facilities. There are four Primary schools and a community college as well as a football, rugby, tennis and cricket clubs. On the outskirts sits the Leisure Centre which provides a gymnasium, Indoor swimming pool and squash courts. The Ocean City of Plymouth sits around 12 miles down the A38.

DESCRIPTION
