SITUATION Situated within a circular residential road with a lovely aspect over surrounding countryside and moorland just a short walk from the village amenities. Princetown is a unique village set in the Dartmoor National Park and provides a selection of shops, the high moorland visitor centre, community centre, newsagents/village store, a primary school, hotel, pubs and a church. The thriving market town of Tavistock is some 7 miles away with ample shopping, educational and recreational facilities. The city of Plymouth is approximately 14 miles away.
DESCRIPTION This semi-detached three bedroom cornish unit was constructed, we understand, in the 1950's and built of pre cast panel and post under a mansard tiled roof.
