" Within beautiful and extensive gardens, an individual detached bungalow on the western edge of Dartmoor National Park. About 2088 sq ft, 28' sitting room, 25' conservatory, dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, 3 bedrooms (one en suite), double garage, established gardens, approximately 0.65 acre. EPC Band D.

LOCATION The property is quietly situated in a scattered and little known residential area. A predominantly rural location with a number of individual houses and bungalows set within generous gardens. The wide expanse of the Dartmoor National Park, with its boundless walking, riding and leisure opportunities, lies adjacent to the property at Roborough Down.
 
The classic West Country town of Tavistock with its many notable boutiques and delicatessens is within easy driving distance, as is Derriford Hospital and the business district on the northern side of Plymouth. Nearby Yelverton includes a wide variety of local shops and a health centre. There are also various churches and public houses in the vicinity. Excellent primary schools are available in the nearby villages of Buckland Monachorum and Meavy. There is a wide range of shopping and recreational facilities in Plymouth city centre, centred around the historic and fascinating waterfront, together with a cross channel ferry port with regular services to France and Northern Spain and a main line railway station (Plymouth to London Paddington 3 hours).
