" Located in the popular residential area of Peverell which is situated on the northern fringe of Central Park close to local shopping parade, supermarket and well regarded schooling, new Life Centre and the A38 intersection. Easy commuting distance is also afforded to Derriford/Nuffield Hospitals, Mutley Plain, University and City Centre some two miles distant. This lovely mid-terrace residence with lower ground floor annexe still retains many period features including stripped wooden floors and doors, coved ceilings, ornate cornicing and newel post. Modern benefits include gas central heating and uPVC double glazing. The unique layout is arranged over three floors and comprises an entrance vestibule, hallway, sitting room and dining room, both stripped wooden floors and period style fireplaces.
