SITUATION
The house is within roughly 1/4 mile walk to the centre of Gunnislake, a well served village between the towns of Tavistock and Callington each of which are roughly 5 miles and with bus service connecting.    On the outskirts of Gunnislake village there is a filling station/ mini-market and branch line station with a regular service to the city of Plymouth.  

DESCRIPTION
The detached property has mains gas central heating and double glazing.   The accommodation and garden would benefit from some T.L.C. and the property is offered for sale with vacant possession at an early date to suit the purchaser.

DIRECTIONS
From Callington proceed towards Tavistock on the A390 road where Gunnislake is reached after approximately 4 miles.   Proceeding down the hill from the station into Gunnislake, turn right immediately before the traffic lights into Calstock Road.   Take the next sharp left into Under Road and second right into Pine View following the road down and around to the left where Number 7 will be found on the left hand side.
