SITUATION: Heath Terrace is situated in the village of Drakewalls, on the upper slopes of the Tamar Valley. The house fronts the Callington/Tavistock road and is within walking distance of local amenities, including a filling station/general stores, primary school of repute and a railway station providing a regular rail link with Plymouth through one of the most scenic lines in the country.
