" Modern house ideal as home or investment. The property has a hall, cloakroom, sitting room, kitchen/diner, three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is mains gas central heating, double glazing, parking to the front and a rear enclosed garden.
SITUATION
The property is situated on a modern development at Kelly Bray which is roughly a mile north of Callington town having within a few minutes walk local post office/shop, public house and various services including shop and farm shop on a small nearby industrial estate. There is a bus service connecting to the town which offers the usual range of facilities including Health Centre, Vets and Community College. The city of Plymouth is roughly 15 miles to the south and within some 10 miles are the nearby towns of Tavistock, Launceston, Liskeard and Saltash.

DESCRIPTION
The property is approached at the front and has double glazed entrance door to the Hall with access to Cloakroom with wash basin and W.C. The Sitting Room is at the front of the property with staircase off, telephone and T.V. points. Opening to the Kitchen/Diner having a range of units, stainless steel sink, space and pluming for washing machine, built-in electric oven with four ring gas hob and extractor over.
