SITUATION
The property occupies a convenient town location on a popular development within level walking distance of Tesco and roughly 1/2 a mile from Callington town centre. Callington town has good schooling facilities, modern health centre, etc. and is within some 10 - 15 miles of Launceston, Liskeard and
Tavistock and also the city of Plymouth.   

DESCRIPTION

immersion heater.
