" This substantial accommodation is believed to have been built around 1800 and was formerly three cottages, one being a doctors surgery for the village. The current vendors have made some improvements to the property since they purchased it in 2003 including replacement of the roof, re-fitted double glazing, re-fitted oil central heating system and some of the chimneys lined. This detached residence boasts immense charm with many appealing features and must be viewed internally to fully appreciate. 

Rilla Mill is a popular village in the Lynher valley approximately 7 miles from Callington and Liskeard but within commuting distance to Plymouth. The village has a Public House, village hall, garage and a primary school. The neighbouring village of Upton Cross is approximately 1 mile away and contains a general store/Post Office, primary school, village church and a Public House. The town of Callington is a small country town in south east Cornwall surrounded by unspoilt scenery which lies 6 miles from the River Tamar which forms the boundary between the counties of Devon and Cornwall. The town itself provides local facilities including a range of shops, commercial facilities, primary school and a modern health centre, leisure centre and many recreational clubs and societies.
