SITUATION: This property is situated on the edge of the town centre, situated within two minutes walk of the main shopping area in Fore Street. Callington itself a small town situated in East Cornwall, approximately 10 miles from the market towns of Launceston and Tavistock and 14 miles from Plymouth city centre which is therefore within commuting distance via the Tamar Bridge at Saltash.
