SITUATION
The property is on a popular private development within roughly 1/2 a mile of the town centre with fairly level approach thereto and also being on a town bus route. Callington provides a range of facilities including modern health centre, range of
recreational facilities including cricket and bowls club having the St. Mellion golf and country club some 3 miles south of the town.   The towns of Tavistock, Launceston, Liskeard and Saltash are all within some 10 miles with the city of Plymouth being just beyond Saltash over the Tamar Bridge.
