SITUATION
The individual bungalow is set on the extreme edge of Westover Road just off the Liskeard Road and is within level walking distance of the town centre and Health Centre. The town offers good schooling, recreational facilities including town cricket ground and bowls. The town’s of Tavistock,
Launceston, Liskeard and Saltash are each within some 10 miles distance. The city of Plymouth which is the major retail centre for the area is some 15 miles to the south, whilst the St. Mellion golf and country club is just 3 miles away.

DESCRIPTION
The property offers a well proportioned bungalow with scope to extend subject to planning and also has the benefit of an exceptionally large plot which is also quite private with some mature trees.
