SITUATION: The Westover area of Callington is certainly one of the most sought after residential areas of the town, situated within a few hundred yards level walk on the town centre. Callington is a small town situated in East Cornwall, approximately ten miles from the larger towns of Liskeard, Launceston and Tavistock, and 14 miles from Plymouth city centre which is therefore within commuting distance via the Tamar Bridge at Saltash. DIRECTIONS: From Callington town centre proceed in a westerly direction, and take the main Liskeard Road for 300 yards before turning left into Westover Road. This bungalow is then the second on the right, with a For Sale board clearly displayed.
