" Situated within a popular location with bus route near by is where this two double bedroom end terraced house can be found. Very nicely presented and has been well cared for by it present owner. Callington is a quaint town with a population of around 4,500 people and is situated in the heart of South East Cornwall, around 10 miles from the City of Plymouth. It has Infant and Junior Schools, along with a Community College with an enviable reputation which specialises in Sports and Music.
