From our office in Launceston proceed along Southgate Street through the Arch and onto Exeter Street bearing left.    At the end of the road turn right onto Tavistock Road and continue straight ahead until you reach the twin mini-roundabouts opposite the Tesco superstore.   Turn left here crossing the bridge over the dual carriageway and at the next traffic roundabout take the second exit.  At the next roundabout turn left onto Snowdrop Crescent, continue along this road bearing right, right again and then bearing left.  The property can  be found on the right hand side identified by our for sale sign.
