Recently modernised with the addition of mains gas central heating the property retains many original features including slate flagstone floors, exposed ceiling beams and open fireplaces. Outside street parking is available on St Thomas Hill and to the rear is an enclosed garden approximately 120ft in length.

Situated on the quiet one-way street of St Thomas Hill, the property is convenient to the amenities of the town and Newport including food supermarket and petrol filling station. Also close to the property is the pretty Riverside area of the Town, with Kensey Bowling club, St Thomas Church and ancient Packhorse Bridge. Launceston steam railway is also nearby.

Launceston, midway between north and south coasts, enjoys a better balance of travel distance to all parts of the two counties than any other centre. East of Launceston Exeter (some 42 miles) provides intercity rail link, international airport and M5 motorway link.  To the south of Launceston Plymouth (28 miles) provides continental ferry port and intercity rail link.

Take the first turning on the right into Wooda Road, followed by the first left into St Thomas Hill.  Nearing the bottom of the hill, 46 St Thomas Hill will be found on the right hand side identified by our 'For Sale' board.
