SITUATION
The popular village of Lewannick boasts a primary school, post office stores, doctor’s surgery, public house, community church and thriving village hall. The villages of Polyphant and Five Lanes are 1½ and 3 miles respectively. The property is convenient for the town of Launceston, which is approximately 5 miles away via the A30 dual carriage-way providing an excellent range of shopping, educational and recreational facilities. Take the exit for the A30 Westbound and join the dual carriageway.  Continue along this road until you see the junction signposted Lewannick. Take the turning and continue along this road to the top of the hill and turn left at the T-junction signposted Lewannick. As you enter the village you will approach another T-junction. Turn right at this point and continue along the road bearing right. Take the right turning into Hawks Tor Drive and then right again and number 23 can be found occupying a corner plot towards the end of the cul-de-sac on the left identified by our ‘for sale’ board.
