" DESCRIPTION
This bungalow is in the quiet cul-de-sac of Dennis Gardens. Formerly a three bed bungalow, the third bedroom was integrated into the kitchen, creating a large modern kitchen/breakfast room. The bungalow further comprises lounge, bathroom, detached single garage, and good sized landscaped gardens with summerhouse and small workshop.

SITUATION  
10 Dennis Gardens is located at the end of a pleasant cul-de-sac in the village of desirable village of Tregadillett and within level walk to primary school and public house.  The village also has a pre-school, Chapel and community centre with various groups meeting regularly. From the village there is easy 
access to the social, commercial and shopping facilities of the former market town of Launceston and convenient access to the A30 dual carriageway spine road for Cornwall and Devon which enjoys a better balance of travel distance to all parts of Cornwall and Devon than any other centre. 

East of Launceston Exeter (some 42 miles) provides intercity rail link, international airport and M5 motorway link. To the south of Launceston Plymouth (28 miles) provides continental ferry port and  intercity rail link. 

In all directions from Tregadillett there is unspoilt countryside of outstanding natural beauty. To the north the rugged North Cornish coast famed for popular family surfing beaches. To the west the open spaces of Bodmin Moor ideal for walking and riding. To the east is Dartmoor National Park and to the south the hidden treasures of the Tamar Valley steeped in 17th / 18th century mining history. 

ACCOMMODATION

To the front there is a lawned area with hedge border and various shrubs. A pathway leads around the bungalow to a hand gate giving access to the rear garden.

The rear garden starts with a good sized slabbed patio area with a lawn beyond and a wood store to one side and a path to the other along the side of the garage.

Further on there is a  raised planting area with various flowers and shrubs. To the rear is a further lawned area with raised planting  set around. To the side is the summer house (2.42m x2.2m) which has double, glazed doors and is insulated with electric and light supplied.

Further on from the summer house is a  workshop (2.1m x 3.0m) with electric supplied.
