The popular village of Tregadillett some 3 miles west of Launceston has a primary school,

From Launceston proceed westbound on the A30 dual carriageway from Pennygillam.  Take the first exit signposted Tregadillett and Trebursye and follow the road into the village of Tregadillett.   After the traffic calming measures take the right turn immediately after The Eliot Arms public house.   Take the next right into Dennis Gardens and then turn right again into Tor View.   Follow the road around and as it bears to the left the property can be found on the right hand side identified by our for sale board.
