SITUATION: Lowendra is situated at Middle Park in the village of Pensilva, which is situated on the edge of Bodmin Moor, some 5-6 miles from the larger towns of Liskeard and Callington, and 20 miles from Plymouth City Centre which is therefore within commuting distance via the Tamar Bridge at Saltash. Pensilva provides a fine range of local amenities, including local shopping facilities, primary school of repute, medical centre and the Millenium Centre, which provides a comprehensive range of social activities. There is a Parish Church in the neighbouring village of St Ive. The rugged Caradon moor is within a few hundred yards of this property, and provides excellent walks with stunning views and local historic landmarks such as the famous Cheesewring. Sporting enthusiasts will be aware that in addition to the sporting activities that are run at the Millenium Centre in the village, there are nearby golf clubs at Launceston, Trethorne and the St Mellion International Golf Resort.

DIRECTIONS: Upon entering Pensilva from the Callington/St Ive direction, bear left at the Victoria Inn and continue up through the village. Proceed past the general stores, and Lowendra will be found after another 200 yards on the left hand side.
