" Offered for sale with no onward chain, this 3 bedroom terraced house is situated in the tranquil rural village of St Keyne, just 6 miles from Looe and Polperro. In need of redecoration throughout, the property is priced accordingly and therefore provides a perfect opportunity for those seeking a project whereby they can turn a house into a home by way of adding their own style and influence to the decoration. Situated in a popular residential area within the village, the property has a level approach through a lawned front garden where a path leads to the entrance door.
