" This is a rare opportunity to purchase a purpose built flat in the heart of the village close to all the local amenities and just a short distance from the bus stop. Situated on the first floor the flat offers 2 bedroom accommodation together with gardens to the rear and shared parking to the front. Entered on the ground floor via your own front door, stairs then lead up to the accommodation where you will find two bedrooms to the rear both with countryside views, the larger with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is also to the rear and this has a three piece suite of bath, wash basin and wc. The kitchen is fitted with a basic range of units as well as plumbing for a washing machine and space for a cooker. To the front you will find the spacious loungediner and a small but very useful study. Throughout the flat there are night storage heaters on the economy seven tariff as well as uPVC double glazed windows, both of which help to keep running costs as low as possible. Outside and to the rear there are gardens for all four flats, these are clearly marked with each having their own private garden.
