" Built in 2015, this individual three bedroom detached house is situated in a small cul de sac on the edge of the village of Lanreath just a short distance from the local amenities and the neighbouring countryside. Beautifully presented throughout, the accommodation is both thoughtfully designed and spacious with a light and airy feel to each room. On entering the property you are greeted by a spacious hall with stairs rising to the first floor and doors off to most rooms and the garage. The lounge overlooks the front garden and has a pair of glazed doors to the rear that open into the dining room. This together with the kitchen and utility room are situated at the rear and extend across the width of the house. The kitchen is well planned and extensively fitted with a range units which are finished with granite worktops and built in appliances to include a double oven, hob and hood. The utility room is extremely useful and gives access to the garden as well as providing laundry space, built in fridge freezer, sink and cupboards. With the exception of the lounge and garage, the remaining ground floor rooms are finished with Italian tiled floors. On ascending to the first floor you are greeted by a very spacious landing where doors lead off to three generous double bedroom, the primary room having an en suite shower room. The family bathroom is a delightful room with a larger than average bath, double shower cubicle, wc and vanity wash basin. Moving into the gardens, these are level, landscaped and laid to lawn with flower beds and borders. The garage provides space for one vehicle with parking for a further two vehicles on the drive. Other points to note are the uPVC double glazed sash windows throughout, dual zone, oil central heating and distant countryside views. Rally Close can be found on your left before reaching the T junction. On entering the Close the property can be found towards the far right corner.
