" A fantastic opportunity to purchase a two bedroom end terrace house in the St Martin area of East Looe where it is ideally placed for access to the schools and within easy reach of the town beaches, in fact all Looe has to offer. Built around 2019 it would make an ideal first home that features gas central heating, uPVC double glazing, parking for two cars and gardens.The property enjoys a level approach from the parking area, which is immediately to the front and it is here you will find the canopied entrance way with door into the hall. Further doors from the hall give access to the cloakroomwc, boiler cupboard, kitchen and loungediner. The kitchen is at the front and fitted with a contemporary range of units in gloss white, these are complemented by built in appliances to include an oven, hob and cooker hood.
