Continue onto the A38 then take the first exit signposted Looe. Proceed along this road passing through the village of Horningtops. Proceed for approximately 2 miles and take the left hand turn signposted ‘Widegates’. Continue along the country lane and at the T-junction turn left proceeding through the village of Widegates. Upon coming to the end of the village, take the right hand turning signposted ’Looe’. Proceed along this road for approximately 3 miles before reaching the village of St. Martins. Take the left hand turn into the village and continue along this road until taking the right hand turn signposted ’Bodregan Road’ where after a short distance the property can be located on the left hand side identified by a Kivells for sale board.
