" This one bedroom flat is a fantastic opportunity to purchase an affordable property in the centre of town close to all the local amenities including shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, the picturesque harbour and beautiful sandy beach. Flat 2 Barracuda is located on the second floor of this substantial building that accommodates the recently refurbished Black Swan Public House on the ground floor. From the flat there are pleasant views over the town centre, the rooftops toward West Looe and the surrounding hillside. The accommodation is light and airy due to the characterful high ceilings and large sash window and briefly comprises - open plan living area, good size double bedroom and a shower room.
