SITUATION
Millbrook is a village on the edge of the Rame Peninsula approximately 7 miles from Torpoint and South East Cornwall. The village has most local amenities with a Petrol Filling Station, Post Office, Co-op, Spar and Greengrocers etc. There are 2 Junior Schools in the area and a Senior School at Torpoint.

DIRECTIONS
Millbrook can be found by following the main road out of Torpoint until reaching the village of Antony. Take the turning left sign posted Millbrook/Cawsand. Follow the signs for Millbrook centre and on entering the village take the turning left sign-posted town centre and Southdown. Continue along with the lake on your right and turn right at the mini round-a-bout. Then take the next left into Old Chapel Way. Follow this road round to the left and the House can be found towards the end of the cul-de-sac on the right.

DESCRIPTION
