The Dunkeld property design is one of the more sought after homes on the prestigious Druids Park development in Murthly. Dunkeld‘s are popular for their floor layout and flexibility as well as high ceilings to some principle rooms. Of course all BB Homes are renowned for high quality construction and finishes, but this particular example has very special outside space. We particularly like the double height dining room with minstrel‘s gallery and the master suite with walk-in wardrobes and full sized luxury bathroom. Other highlights include ample parking, great storage, a large utility room and character rarely found in modern homes. The property is immaculate having been maintained to a very high standard and is now ready to be a wonderful family home for the new owners.

Location

Druids Park sits between the fair city of Perth and the stunning village of Dunkeld and Birnam. Close to the arterial road network, Murthly is rural but not isolated.
