" 68 COLLINGWOOD ROAD A spacious, detached chalet-style house in a very attractive location, having panoramic views across the Green to the sea and coastline. The accommodation features a large sitting room and separate dining room with a large galleried landing, which incorporates a further sitting area on the first floor to take advantage of the views. There are three first floor bedrooms and a bathroom with a further large room on the ground floor, which can be used as a fourth bedroom or additional reception room. The property has gas-fired central heating, double glazed replacement windows and there is a large attached garage.
 

HUNSTANTON Hunstanton is a coastal town and resort facing the Wash. It is unusual because you can see a sunset over the sea, being the only town on the east coast that faces west. The beach is long and sandy and is famous for its striped cliffs. There are two supermarkets, a selection of schools (primary and secondary) and a range of shops. For the golfers there are the courses of Searles of Hunstanton and Hunstanton Golf Club and nearby is the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club at Brancaster. The Sandringham Estate is a short distance away with its Country House and walks through Sandringham Woods.
