It also has great access for the A134 through to Kings Lynn

Proceed along Bexwell Road to the main roundabout, taking the second exit heading towards Swaffham on the A1122. Proceed for approximately 1 1/2 miles taking the turning on the right hand side signposted Crimplesham. Proceed through the village of Crimplesham taking the turning right heading towards Thetford on the A134. Follow along over the roundabout and through the village of Wereham. Turn right signposted Wretton then immediately right into Chequers Lane, follow to the end of the road and turn right where the property can be found on your right hand side.
