Leave Downham Market via the A 1122 towards Swaffham. After approx one and a half miles take the turning on the right hand side signposted Crimplesham. Proceed through the village of Crimplesham to the T junction and turn right onto the A134, proceed along this road to the roundabout and take the 2nd exit. Follow this road and then turn left signposted Wretton, continue along this road and then take the first left after passing the Wretton sign into Church Road where the property can be found on the left hand side as identified by our For Sale board.
