SUMMARY
A two bedroomed detached bungalow which looks down along the close through a large UPVC double glazed picture window in the sitting room. Comes with UPVC fascias, soffits, downpipes and gutterings. A long driveway leads to a carport with timber gates. There is no upward chain.


DESCRIPTION

Directions 
From Swaffham town centre take Norwich Road out of town and at the roundabout with Macdonalds turn right onto A47 in the direction of Norwich. Take a second turn left signposted Sporle and proceed into the village. Pass the shop on your right hand side and then tun right into Priory Place which then becomes Priory Close. Follow the road round to the left up to the top of the Close where the property can be found on the left hand side clearly marked by our 'For Sale' board.
