" To the far end of a small development of established homes can be found this spacious detached residence which commands far reaching countryside views and beautiful gardens. This property may have everything you've been searching for; a garden mainly laid to lawn backing on to excellent field views, the added character of a walled garden to the side giving the property a lovely touch of English country living and not forgetting a detached double garage to the front. Inside, the property has a wealth of generous accommodation taking full advantage of those views to the rear. Though this well looked after family home could do with updating it is the perfect canvas to add your own style to. This residence briefly comprises an entrance hall, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, sitting room, dining room and cloakroom. SYDERSTONE Syderstone is about nine miles from the North Norfolk Coast and is well known for its nature reserve and country walks. The village has a pub -The Lynn Arms and a village hall. Burnham Market and Fakenham, both have a wide variety of shops and facilities, and are only a short drive away. There is also St Mary's - a 900 year old round-towered church. Main line trains to London Kings Cross run from King's Lynn. Golf courses are to be found at Brancaster, Hunstanton and Fakenham.
