" A deceptively spacious beautifully presented and extended 3 bed (1 en suite) detached bungalow set in well tended gardens, private at the rear. The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location in a popular residential area of the village.

From Hunstanton proceed south on the A148 to the other side of Heacham where you should turn right into Lamsey Lane. Follow the road round and take the 1st right into Collingwood Close. Follow the road round to the right and the property will be seen nearly at the bottom on the left hand side.
