" A detached two/three bedroom bungalow in need of renovation located in the rural village of Christchurch. The property, in previous times, had planning permission passed for an extension to the side (which has now lapsed). Amazing field views are prominent from the front and rear of the home, which would make for a peaceful and relaxing life. NB: This property is offered with no onward chain….. The Lounge has a window to the front, open feature fireplace, tv and telephone points and a double radiator. The Kitchen is fitted with base units and a worktop incorporating a stainless steel sink unit and drainer. There is plumbing for a washing machine and a window to the rear. The Dining Room/Bedroom Three has a window to the front and tv and telephone points. Bedroom Two has a window to the side, tv point and a radiator. Bedroom One has a window to the side, radiator and tv point. The Bathroom has a panel bath, electric shower, pedestal wash hand basin and low level wc and also a radiator.
