" Standing on an overall plot of approximately 0.46 acre is this detached bungalow which is located in the popular village of Marshland St James. The property affords vast and flexible accommodation which measures approximately 2800 sq feet and simply must be viewed to be appreciated. There are three receptions being a lounge with triple aspect windows and an open fireplace with tiled hearth and surround, sitting room with French doors leading into the conservatory and formal dining room which is large enough for a good size family table. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a range of base level units with a four ring ceramic hob with double oven and extractor hood over, vinyl flooring and single sink with drainer whilst the separate utility also has fitted units with a further single sink with drainer, plumbing for a washing machine and personal door allowing side access.
