From the Wisbech Freedom Bridge roundabout, take the A1101 signposted Downham Market. Continue out of town and turn left into Church Road signposted Emneth. Continue along and upon entering the village turn left into Lady's Drove. Proceed along where the property will be found on the left hand side.
