The kitchen/breakfast room is fixed with a range of wall, base and drawer units, space for four ring free standing oven and space for low level fridge, stainless steel single sink with drainer and breakfast bar, fully tiled kitchen floor that runs through to the downstairs family bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with four pieces, comprising low level WC, pedestal hand wash basin, panelled bath, and separate shower cubical. On the first floor landing there is a separate WC fitted with wall mounted hand wash basin and fully tiled walls.
