" This mid terraced house has accommodation briefly comprising Lounge with double doors to Dining Kitchen, Rear Entrance, Conservatory off, 2 Bedrooms and Bathroom to first floor. Situated on the outskirts of this small and historic market town market town of Long Sutton, approximately 15 miles distant from Spalding and 20 miles distant from Boston.

DIRECTIONS Exit Boston in a southerly direction via John Adams Way and Haven Bridge. At the roundabout take the first exit onto Spalding Road and continue on the A16 for several miles until reaching the intersection with the A17 trunk road. At this roundabout, adjacent to Texaco Fuel Station and Burger King, take the first exit signposted Kings Lynn. Stay on the A17 for a further 13 miles, proceeding over the River Welland at Fosdyke Bridge, by-pass Holbeach and Long Sutton itself. Take a left hand turn off the A17 into Seagate Road, immediately after a 'Speed Camera', Seagate Terrace is off to the right. The subject property is indicated by a Bruce Mather For Sale board.
