" Every now and then something completely different comes to the market and this semi detached Gourock villa certainly breaks the mould. The attention to detail, the sheer quality of finishes throughout, the clever use of space and of course the location with excellent Estuary views. The social space within this architecturally reconfigured home indeed maximises those views with the lounge / kitchen area running the full width of the home with both French door and patio door access to a large timber decked balcony providing first class 'al fresco' entertaining. No expense has been spared and no corners have been cut and first impressions are definitely heightened as you enter the reception hallway and encounter the solid oak flooring which runs throughout the entire home with the exception of the bathrooms. The lower level of the home has the outstanding lounge / kitchen area which is set to the rear maximising the views. At over m in length this truly is a wonderful social space and obviously the hub of this home. The kitchen area provides generous fitted floor and wall mounted storage units in high gloss white finish and set upon dark granite effect work surfaces with 'quirky' ceramic wall tiled splash back. Integrated units include 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, stainless steel extractor hood, dish washer and microwave. The lounge area is well presented and has a retro 'smeg' wall mounted gas fire. This level also has a good sized box room which would be perfect as an office or 'gaming room'. There is a well appointed utility room with further storage units, sink and plumbing. There is a shower room with modern white 2 piece suite with large double shower cubicle with wall mounted thermostatic shower with rainfall head and finished in ceramic wall tiles. This level is complete with a large walk in storage cupboard. The entry level has the master bedroom which is set to the rear and the impressive bay window formation opens up that terrific view. There are modern fitted wardrobes running the length of the room and an en-suite shower room accessed through a frosted glass door. The en-suite has a modern white 2 piece suite with corner shower cubicle with wall mounted thermostatic shower finished in ceramic floor and wall tiles. Bedroom 2 is also set to the rear with a large double window formation maximising the views. The family room / bedroom 4 is to the front offering further flexibility depending upon your needs. The generously proportioned bespoke family bathroom could well seal the deal and offers a a luxuriant oasis when stress levels require down grading. The wall mounted thermostatic spa shower is open and finished in tasteful dark floor and wall mounted ceramic tiles providing a wet room effect with glass screen. The stand alone bath is to the rear with waterfall centre fill tap and you just know with some subtle lighting and candles this is your 'special' space. The room is finished with modern W/C and sink unit. The upper level houses bedroom 3 which offers impressive accommodation as well as 4 windows allowing for plenty of natural light and great views to the rear. The front garden is laid mainly to lawn with decorative borders. The rear garden has a large lawn area leading to slabbed patio area. There is substantial timber storage housed underneath the raised timber decked balcony. The property has gas central heating, double glazing and basement storage area. Reasons to view.............
